Manchester Airport At airport follow signs for the M56 -westbound- signposted to Chester. Stay on M56 for 27.5 miles. At junction 15 join the M53 signposted Chester and Wrexham. Leave M53 at Junction 53 (first junction you come to), take the third exit onto the A56 to Chester. Stay on the A56 for 5 miles until it reaches a roundabout. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A5368. At the next roundabout take the first exit. From this point follow the signs for City Centre Hotels. Your will join the one way system which takes you down Northgate street, under a stone arch and straight on into the Pedestrianised zone -give your name at the barrier all hotel guests are allowed through t o check in- left into St Werburgh St -past the cathedral on your left, left into Eastgate, under a second stone arch and right into St John Street where the hotel will be seen on the left.
