The Hotel was constructed in 1978 and was remodeled in 2010. Ideally located in downtown Regina, walk to Casino Regina, Cornwall Centre Shopping Mall, Saskatchewan Trade and Convention Centre as well as corporate locations like Viterra, Sask Energy, Sask Power and many government offices. Relax in our indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Dine onsite at The Atrium Family Restaurant, Fibber McGees Pub and Mulligans Lounge or order room service. Meeting space for up to 300 is available as well as parking. Guest rooms offer pillow top beds and free WiFi, and hot tub, family and business class suites are available.

Direction to the Property from Airport - Regina Airport - Take the exit road from the Airport which turns into Regina Avenue. Travel East to Albert Street. Turn left and travel north to Victoria Avenue, turn right. Go east on Victoria Avenue 7 blocks to Rose Street. Turn left on Rose Street and enter the underground parking. Direction to the Property from East - From Winnipeg or Brandon - Take Trans Canada Highway 1 which turns into Victoria Avenue. Travel West on Victoria Avenue until you reach the intersection of Broad Street and Victoria Ave. The property is on the north side of Victoria Avenue. Property will be on the right hand side. Direction to the Property from North - From Saskatoon - Take Highway 11 to Albert Street. Go south on Albert Street to Victoria Avenue. Turn left and travel 7 blocks to Rose Street. Turn left and enter underground parking. Direction to the Property from South - From US Border - Take Highway 6 which turns into Albert Street. Travel north on Albert Street to Victoria Avenue. Turn right and travel East on Victoria Avenue for about 7 blocks to Rose Street. Turn left and enter the underground parking. Direction to the Property from West - From Calgary, Medicine Hat, Moose Jaw - Take Trans Canada Highway 1 to Alberta Street. Go north on Alberta Street to Victoria Avenue, turn right and travel east on Victoria Avenue. Go about 7 blocks to Rose Street. Turn left on Rose Street and enter the underground parking.
