Room Mate Luca is a modern design hotel renovated in 2013 located in a neoclassical palace of 1865 right in the historic center of Florence within a 2 min. walk from Piazza San Marco and its famous David by Miguel Angel. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi flat-screen TV with cable and soundproof windows. Lounge for meetings or events and Mediterranean buffet breakfast included until noon 1200.

Directions

Peretola Coming from the South- Take exit Firenze Sud and continue until the traffic light at the end of it about 4 kms. At the light take a left and follow the direction Viali di circonvallazione. Once in Viale Matteotti reach Piazza della Liberta then drive along Via Lorenzo il Magnifico Via Poliziano Via Santa Caterina dAlessandria and then take the first left to Via delle Ruote turn right taking Santa Reparata and at the end turn right on Via XXVII Aprile the Hotel is at number 3. Alternative route- driving along the Via Santa Caterina dAlessandria then turn left on Via Cavour then left to Santa Reparata. At the end turn left to Via XXVII Aprile we are just around the corner at number 3. IMPORTANT NOTICE- Driving along the Via Santa Caterina dAlessandria before Via Cavour on the left you will find Via XXVII Aprile do not turn left there because that lane is for buses or subscribers only. Access to our city centre area note that in the Via Cavour and Via Delle Ruote you will find a sign that says only vehicles with permission can travel you can get through it but you need to remember to communicate the car registration plate at the reception upon arrival to avoid any tickets or penalty. Parking- The hotel has a special agreement with a private garage with valet parking.
