Hotel u krále karla is located directly at the end of famous nerudova street just under the prague castle on the strahov monastery side. Hotel is housed in originally renaissance building from early 17th century which had been rebuilt in baroque style. Due to its rich history highlighted by rustical equipment - keeps for example painted ceilings in most of the rooms and stained glass windows in all - hotel u krále karla is mostly suitable for romantic events or celebrations with a touch of prague´s unique medieval charm. Explore the city on foot or by a public transport (underground and tram station within 10 minutes walking) thanks to a fabulous location close to all major attractions or appreciate calm surrounding cobbled alleys for a romantic walks. With only 19 rooms in total hotel keeps also very personal, rather family atmosphere. Hotel is kids and pets friendly and offers family rooms or extra beds on request. Hotel also has a small bar and restaurant with outside dining (summer only), serving traditional czech cuisine exclusively found in our grannies cookbooks and made from local sources only. In front of the building is also available outside parking (non-secured, surcharge). Please feel free to ask our kind multilingual staff for anything you need or want to enjoy our beautiful city.

Driving direction from airport/railway: 1,1 km on aviaticka street, then turn right on exit prague 6 and straight 7,7km on evropska street. Turn left into milady hoarkove 845m, thehn turn right to badeniho 1,1km, then right to valdestejnska 561m, turn right to malostranske namesti 611m.
