The Hotel was constructed in 1850 and was remodeled in 2017. Starting July 1, 2015 there will a tourist tax of 1.65 EUR per person and per night extra. Situated in the heart of the business area, within walking distance of the Opera house, the Madeleine Church and the Concorde Place, the Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera has a preferred location between Hausmann Department Stores and luxurious shops of the Fauborg Saint Honore. The hotel offers 36 rooms in a Napoleon III-style building with all modern equipment. They were all recently renovated. Free Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and public areas.
